An oldie 1985 but a real good read on servant leadership principles I like that the book was formatted in short easy bite size chunks You can read one or two each morning The book also includes marvelous real life experiences It is also a spiritual book as I would expect from servant leadership. The basic theme is that leaders learn the needs of their team and strive to meet them A simple, but powerful, book for those that are beginning their leadership journey.
