A little dry but going into a matter such as this that can be forgiven It makes the winding road of the judicial path to marriage euality understandable Hume explores not just what happened in the courts these past years but also the important facets leading to the cases and the decisions He clearly did exhaustive research as it is extremely well annotated If you're looking for a concise history of the legal battle for marriage euality this would be your best betI won this book through the GoodReads giveaways program but it did not influence my review at all
