    Cute childrens book told in verse that I know my little girl will love in a year or two A book about the tooth fairy and her making friends with a little girl and together trying to get all the children to look after their teeth Some cute tooth fairy tips in the back as well.

    Being a dental nurse, I was thrilled to recieve a copy of the children s story The Bankrupt Tooth Fairy by Carolyn Mandache through a Goodreads First Reads giveaway It is the tale of Sparkle the tooth fairy and her quest to discover why she is no longer collecting decay free teeth from under kids pillows With the help from a little girl called Anne, Sparkle sets out to educate children on how to care for their teeth properly The story is written in the style of a poem For this reason I think its probably best that it is read aloud perhaps by a parent in order to fully appreciate the pace of the rhyme Although the rhyming adds to the fun of the story I think it s hampered a little by it also More content could have been included if the langauge wasn t restricted by the rhythm It s a lovely little book to read and has been illustated by the author herself the pictures are charming I think little girls would adore it as a gift Its educational and yet lighthearted at the same time I wo...
