This book contains so many great, applicable insights on how to live happier, whatever your circumstances I loved the humor and lightheartedness that permeated the book It s extremely short and very easy to read another bonus My favorite insights were God wants us to magnify our gifts as opposed to magnifying our inadequacies People, including children, don t turn happiness on or off as an act of will But there is a positive emotion we can access readily, which in turn will increase ou This book contains so many great, applicable insights on how to live happier, whatever your circumstances I loved the humor and lightheartedness that permeated the book It s extremely short and very easy to read another bonus My favorite insights were God wants us to magnify our gifts as opposed to magnifying our inadequacies People, including children, don t turn happiness on or off as an act of will But there is a positive emotion we can access readily, which in turn will increase our feelings of happiness That emotion is gratitude If a thing is worth doing, it s worth doing badly

I loved the advice she gave and I was able to implement 1 2 of the pointers she gave For instance, if you struggle with motivation break the task into smaller pieces by first doing the smallest thing you can get yourself to do that moves you vaguely in the right direction Start there then add onto that I would love to readof her works.
