  2. says:

This is the best overall book on the Cathars that I have read The approach is historical fiction.

Very interesting to learn the specifics of the Cathar beliefs There were times during this book where I wished it was a non fiction and the author formatted it simply as informational instead of trying to weave a fictional tale Otherwise I found it entertaining.
