    Very informativeI found this book very informative, great nutrition advices and workout plans Illustrations for each exercise are adding tremendous value, great that it includes bodyweight exercises for beginners and advanced 30 Day challenge is too tough for me right now, but I m aiming for that fitness level soon Overall it s a wonderful addition to my must read collection.

    Excellent book on calisthenics but not everyone will appreciate the nutrition advise This is a very good book overall We ll organized and ideas clearly and concisely stated Progressions for exercises are well done The one area where there will be plenty of disagreement is in the nutrition area Its standard American diet advise I ll refrain from stating my diet preferences and leave it to others to weigh on regarding this topic.

    I went to the doctor last week and was told that I m pre diabetic which is kind of good but not really I decided to look for a book that would help me, and I was lucky to come a cross this fine and very understandably and well written book.It shows the knowledge of the subject of Calisthenics which my doctor recommended I could try I love eye catching illustrations of this book.I even started trying doing some exercises according to the suggestions that were indicated in the book I did not I went to the doctor last week and was told that I m pre diabetic which is kind of good but not really I decided to look for a book that would help me, and I was lucky to come a cross this fine and very understandably and well written book.It shows the knowledge of the subject of Calisthenics which my doctor recommended I could try I love eye catching illustrations of this book.I even started trying doing some exercises according to the suggestions that were indicated in the book I did not know if I was doing the exercises right, but it was a surprise to find that there is the link to the video with all exercises.I really enjoyed reading this book and found it very useful It is a professionally book that I recommend to read
